Who this policy covers.

This policy applies to visitors of d4a-studio.com and to people who contact D4A Studio through the Site. D4A Studio is an independent studio operated by Rafael Valero in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

The Site presents D4A's web design, ecommerce and campaign-content services. It does not provide public user accounts, process online payments or collect payment-card information.

Information handled after a client engagement begins may also be governed by the applicable proposal, agreement or project instructions.

Information you submit

Depending on the form or interaction, D4A may receive:

  • Your name, email address, telephone number and company or brand name.
  • Your website address, business goals, project requirements, budget context or other information included in your message.
  • Scheduling details you provide when booking a call through Calendly.
  • Emails and other communications you send directly to D4A.

Technical and usage information

When you visit the Site, Duda and enabled website tools may automatically process technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, operating system, approximate location, referring page, pages viewed, interaction events and timestamps. This information is generally used to operate, secure and understand use of the Site.

Please do not submit passwords, payment-card details, government identification numbers, health information or other highly sensitive information through the project inquiry form.

  • Calendly, when you choose to book a call through the external scheduling page.
